Western Uranium Corporation and Western Lithium Canada Corporation Close Arrangement and Western Lithium Commences Trading

Western Uranium Corporation (TSX VENTURE:WUC) ("WUC") and Western Lithium Canada
Corporation (TSX VENTURE:WLC) ("Western Lithium") are pleased to announce that
the common shares of Western Lithium will be listing and posted for trading on
the TSX Venture Exchange at the start of business on Wednesday, July 16, 2008
under the symbol "WLC".


The listing and posting for trading of the Western Lithium shares is the final
condition for the previously announced statutory plan of arrangement between WUC
and Western Lithium (the "Arrangement"). Accordingly, as of the start of trading
on July 16, 2008, the Arrangement will be officially closed. Pursuant to the
Arrangement, WUC shareholders of record as of June 19, 2008 received one Western
Lithium share for every three WUC share held. Certificates for shares of Western
Lithium were issued and sent to registered holders on July 2, 2008. Most shares
are registered to "CDS & Co", the Canadian depository for shares. CDS & Co has
delivered the shares to the various brokerage houses for deposit to the accounts
of the beneficial shareholders. Shareholders should check with their broker if
their Western Lithium shares have not yet been deposited into their account.
