Wild Stream Exploration Inc. Announces Mailing of Management Information Circular and Proxy Statement to Shareholders

Wild Stream Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:WSX) ("Wild Stream") is pleased to
announce that the information circular and proxy statement of Wild Stream dated
February 14, 2012 relating to the special meeting (the "Meeting") of the Wild
Stream shareholders ("Shareholders") has been mailed to Shareholders and filed
with applicable securities regulatory authorities in Canada. Copies are also

The Meeting is scheduled to be held on March 14, 2012 to consider, amongst other
things, the proposed plan of arrangement involving Wild Stream, Crescent Point
Energy Corp. and the Shareholders (the "Arrangement"). Following the receipt of
Shareholder approval of the Arrangement and the final order from the Court of
Queen's Bench of Alberta, it is anticipated that the Articles of Arrangement
will be filed on March 15, 2012.
