Wild Stream Exploration Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options

Wild Stream Exploration Inc. ("Wild Stream") (TSX VENTURE:WSX) wishes to
announce that it has granted 755,000 stock options to directors and officers of
Wild Stream with an exercise price of $10.95 per common share for up to five
years. The options have been granted in accordance with the terms of Wild
Stream's 10% rolling stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture
Exchange. The above options were granted to replace options that were
anticipated to be issued to directors and officers on April 18, 2011.
