Western Troy Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Western Troy Capital Resources (TSX VENTURE:WRY) (Western Troy or the
Corporation) announced today it held its annual meeting of shareholders at 11:00
a.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2013, at its offices at 36 Toronto Street, Suite 1000,
Toronto, ON M5C 2C5. Among other administrative items, the following agenda
items were put to a vote of the shareholders:


1) Existing Directors, Milton Klyman, Steve Vaughan, Charles Stott, and Mel
Williams were elected as board members of Western Troy for the coming year.


2) McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP, Chartered Accountants were appointed as
the auditors of the Corporation for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2014.


3) The Stock Option Plan of the Corporation was not approved.

4) A possible consolidation of the Corporation's common shares on the basis of
up to one post-consolidation share for five pre-consolidation shares was
approved. 


After the formal portion of the meeting, Western Troy's CEO, Rex Loesby,
provided an update on Western Troy's activities and plans for the future.
