Nadim Wakeam Resigns as Director of Western Troy

Western Troy Capital Resources (TSX VENTURE :WRY) (Western Troy or the Company)
announced today that Nadim Wakeam has decided to resign from Western Troy, as of
February 7, 2014.


Mr. Wakeam is an attorney with the law firm Blaney McMurtry LLP in Toronto,
Canada. He is also Western Troy's corporate counsel and he will continue in that
role in the future.
