VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb 26, 2014) - Woulfe Mining Corp. ("Woulfe" or the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:WOF)(FRANKFURT:OZ4) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mark Goodman to its board of directors. The Company also advises that Ned Goodman has resigned from the Company's board of directors.

Mark E. Goodman has been actively engaged in the financial services and mining industry since 1992. He began his career working for Dundee Corporation and has held numerous positions within the organization. In addition, Mr. Goodman is the founder and Executive Chairman of Cogitore Resources Inc., a publicly listed company focused on base metals exploration in Northern Quebec. Mr. Goodman has also served as President and CEO of both Valdez Gold and Cogitore. Mr. Goodman sits on the Board of Directors of several publicly and privately held companies including, Cogitore Resources Inc., Corona Gold Corp., Ryan Gold Corp., Energy Fuels Inc., Odyssey Resources Inc., Dynamic Venture Opportunities Fund (Ontario Labour Sponsored Fund) and Merc International Minerals.
