Whetstone announces grant of options

CALGARY, Nov. 22, 2012 /CNW/ - (TSXV.WMI) - Whetstone Minerals Ltd. ("Whetstone") announced today that it has granted options in accordance with its shareholder approved share option plan to acquire an aggregate of 3,940,000 common shares of Whetstone at an exercise price of $0.11 per share until November 20, 2017.  Senior officers and directors of Whetstone were granted 3,500,000 options and consultants were granted 440,000 options.  The options vest as to one-third thereof on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of the grant.
