West Hawk Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE:WHD) (the "Company") announced today that Dr. Jinsheng Chen has resigned from his position of President and CEO of Asian Operations. Dr. Chen has also resigned from his position as Director on the WHD and West Hawk Energy (USA), LLC., Boards. Dr. Chen's resignation was effective as of Monday, March 1, 2009. The Company also continues to work diligently with Chiron Financial Advisors, the law firm of Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck and Sierra Partners during the course of the West Hawk Energy (USA), LLC., reorganization plan.
