Wildcat Shareholders Approve Share Consolidation

Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL) announces that at a special meeting
of shareholders held on October 31, 2012, the Company's Board of Directors was
authorized to consolidate Wildcat shares on the basis of up to twenty existing
common shares for each new common share (see news release October 10, 2012). The
resolution authorized the Board in its absolute discretion to determine whether
or not to proceed at any time with the approved consolidation.
