Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL) today announced the filing with
Canadian securities regulators of its audited financial statements for the year
ended December 31, 2013 and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis.

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held at 10:00
