WANTED Technologies issues stock options

QUEBEC CITY, Dec. 31, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - WANTED Technologies (TSXV: WAN), the leading supplier of big data analytics for the human capital marketplace, announces the issuance of a total of 650,000 stock options. Two members of WANTED'S executive team will be granted a total of 550,000 stock options while the two new members of the Board of directors will be granted 50,000 stock options each for a total of 100,000 stock options.

Each of the 650,000 options entitles its holder to purchase one common share of WANTED at a price of $1.34 per share. While 450,000 of the 650,000 stock options will be expiring in 5 years, the remaining 200,000 options will be expiring in 6 years.

The 450,000 options expiring in 5 years will vest as follows: 20% upon their issuance and an additional 20% on each anniversary of the date of grant. As for the 200,000 expiring in 6 years, 20% will vest on the first anniversary of their issuance and an additional 20% will vest on each anniversary of the date of grant, starting on the second anniversary of the date of grant.
