Western Atlas Resources - Update on Closing of C$4 million Private Placement and the 4:1 Share Consolidation

VANCOUVER, BC, Nov. 30, 2023 /CNW/ - Western Atlas Resources Inc. ("Western Atlas" or "WA" or the "Company") (TSXV: WA), is pleased to announce that the previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") for gross proceeds of C$4,000,000 and 4:1 consolidation of the Company's common shares (the "Consolidation"), is expected to close before the end of December, 2023.
