Verisante-Retraction of Target Price in Previous Press Release

Verisante Technology, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VRS)(OTCQX:VRSEF) - Subject to Section
50 (1) (b) of the BC Securities Act, the Company retracts the disclosed target
price from the latest press release.
