Viridis Energy Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 20, 2014 / Viridis Energy Inc. ("Viridis" or the "Company") (TSXV: VRD) (OTC:VRDSD/VRDSF), announced the grant of Stock Options, effective June 19, 2014, based on its Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan (the "2014 Stock Option Plan" or the "Plan"). The Plan, approved on April 9, 2014 by the Board of directors, freezes the allowable options at approximately 600,000 shares (5,979,888 shared pre-reverse split). The Plan was accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange, and will remain in place until a revised plan is presented for approval to the shareholders. The incentive stock options granted under the Plan to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase a total of 179,500 shares of the Company's common stock at the price of $1.80 per share exercisable for five years.
