to announce that Mr. David Mairs assumed responsibilities in his new role of
President and CEO, and his seat on the Board of Directors, on October 20, 2008.
Mr. Mairs joins Lorraine Myers, who began her tenure as Chief Financial Officer
of VGS on October 1, 2008.
In conjunction with these appointments, the Company issued 850,000 stock options
at a strike price of $0.18 on October 27, 2008.
