Vistior/Zacoro Qualifying Transaction Terminated

TORONTO, ONTARIO (TSX VENTURE: VCL.P), in connection with its press release of February 6, 2008, announces the termination of its business combination agreement dated July 24, 2007, with Zacoro Metals Corp. ("Zacoro"). The Company did not advance any funds to Zacoro in connection with the proposed business combination.

Trading of the Company's common shares will be re-instated on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 as the Company proceeds with identifying and evaluating alternative opportunities for the acquisition of an interest in properties, corporations, assets or businesses for the purpose of completing its Qualifying Transaction.

In addition, Anthony Roodenburg, who was not an original director of Vistior, has resigned effective immediately.

Description of Business

The Company is classified as a "Capital Pool Company" for the purposes of the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). The Company owns no properties or businesses, and the only asset held is cash. The Company is a reporting issuer in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. The Company's fiscal year end is August 31 and the common shares of the Company are listed on the Exchange under the symbol VCL.P.
