Strategic Resources Announces New Board Appointment

REGINA, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - Strategic Resources Inc. ("Strategic" or the "Corporation"), is pleased note that:


John Clema has agreed to join the Board of Directors of Strategic. Mr.
 Clema, a resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a geologist with over 40
 years experience in the mining industry in both the USA and Australia.
 Mr. Clema is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and Northeast
 Louisiana University. This appointment is subject to final regulatory
 and TSX Venture Exchange approvals.


In related news, the Company has granted an additional 100,000 options
 to Anthony Kovschak, a director of the Company. These options vest
 immediately, have an exercise price of $0.10 and are valid until
 October 25, 2015.
