Notice to Shareholders of Urodynamix Technologies Ltd.

Urodynamix Technologies Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:URO) ("Urodynamix" or the "Company")
reported today that it has mailed all required materials in respect of the 2011
Annual and Special Meeting (the "Meeting Materials") scheduled to be held on
July 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. (Vancouver Time) at 20th Floor, 250 Howe Street,
Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Meeting") to its registered shareholders and
to intermediaries for delivery to those beneficial owners who have requested
materials for annual meetings. 


Due to the strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers which commenced on
June 2, 2011 it is possible that the Meeting Materials have not been delivered.
The Meeting Materials are available on-line on Urodynamix's SEDAR profile at
www.sedar.com. Please refer to the Meeting Materials filed on Urodynamix's SEDAR
profile at www.sedar.com for details of the matters to be voted on by
shareholders at the Meeting.


As the work stoppages may delay the delivery of proxies returned for the Meeting
by mail, the Company is advising shareholders that they may cast their votes for
the Meeting by fax or on-line. Registered shareholders (being those with
physical share certificates) can either (i) fax an executed proxy to
Computershare Investor Services Inc. ("Computershare") at 1 [phone]
(North American) or 1 [phone] (International), and fax cover sheets
should include contact information for the shareholder, or (ii) call
Computershare's National Customer Contact Centre at 1 [phone] (North
America) or 1 [phone] (International) to request a control number. Using
the control number provided, the proxy can be filed online at
www.investorvote.com. Beneficial shareholders (being those who hold their shares
in a broker account) MUST contact their broker for instructions.
