MPVC Announces Commencement of Trading on TSX Venture Exchange

MPVC Inc. ("MPVC" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:UNO) is pleased to announce
that following completion of its Change of Business and concurrent financings
announced on March 25, 2014, the Corporation's common shares will commence
trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "UNO" at the
opening of trading on or about April 1, 2014. MPVC will be classified as a
junior mining Tier 2 Issuer on the TSX-V.
