Troymet Announces the Resignation of Brian Cebryk as CFO of Troymet to be Effective May 30, 2014

Troymet Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TYE) ("Troymet") announced today that Mr.
Brian Cebryk will resign as Chief Financial Officer of Troymet effective May 30,
2014. Mr. Cebryk will continue in the role of Chief Financial Officer until May
30, 2014 in order to assist Troymet with the transition to a new CFO. Mr. Cebryk
will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of Troymet where his experience
and expertise will continue to benefit the Company. Mr. Cebryk resigned as CFO
in order to pursue personal interests unrelated to business endeavors.
