Texada Software Inc. Announces the Appointment of John Kirincic to Its Board of Directors

Texada Software Inc. ("Texada") (TSX VENTURE:TXS) announced today that John
Kirincic has joined the Company's Board of Directors and Audit Committee.


Mr. Kirincic is Vice President Finance of Vancouver, British Columbia based
Zynik Capital Corporation a private equity firm founded in 1983 and has
extensive experience as a member of various boards and committees of boards.
