Texada Software Inc. Announces Results of Board Elections at Annual General Meeting

Texada Software Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TXS), the premier provider of equipment rental
and mobile asset management software, is pleased to announce the election of the
following board members at the Company's annual general meeting held on June 28,
2011: Harry Jaako, Nabil Kassam, James Lolley, Aly G. Mawji, Jim McInnis, Brian
Spilak and William Swisher. 


Following the annual general meeting, William Swisher was appointed as Chair of
Texada's board of directors. Mr. Swisher has been the Chief Executive Officer of
the Company since October 2010.

operations for the first six months of the year and for the balance of 2011 and
its current strategic initiative to create value for all stakeholders of
