Texada Software Inc. Announces Results of Board Elections at Annual and Special Meeting

Texada Software Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TXS), the premier provider of equipment rental
and mobile asset management software, is pleased to announce the election of the
following board members at the Company's annual and special meeting of
shareholders held on June 29, 2010: Harry Jaako, John Kirincic, James Lolley,
Jim McInnis, Brian Spilak and William Swisher. Mr. Swisher previously served as
a director of the Company from 2002 to 2005.


Following the shareholders' meeting, William Swisher was appointed as Chair of
Texada's board of directors. Mr. Swisher is President of Zenaida Capital
Partners, a private investment and consulting business. Mr. Swisher takes over
as Chair from Jim McInnis, who had served as Chair since July 2009.

McInnis for his guidance as chairman of the Company for this past year" said
