Troon Re-Elects Directors at AGM

Troon Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:TVN) (the "Company" or "Troon") announced that
at its Annual General Meeting held this morning ("the meeting"), Colin K.
Benner, Stephen P. Quin, John Robins and Zara Boldt were all re-elected as
directors.


The Company also announced that the resolution to increase the number of common
shares reserved under the Company's stock option plan (the "Plan"), was
approved. The number of common shares reserved for issuance under the plan is
now set at 4,143,517 and is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange
("the Exchange").
