                TTG Netherlands signs agreement with Vodafone to resell
                      mobile solutions in the Netherlands



The Telecommunications Group Plc ("TTG plc"), the AIM quoted provider of fixed
and mobile, voice and internet telecommunications solutions, today announces
that its wholly owned subsidiary TTG Netherlands, has signed an  agreement with
Vodafone that will see it become a reseller of Vodafone's mobile solutions in
Holland.



TTG Netherlands already provides a wide number of fixed voice, and data
solutions and this new arrangement with Vodafone will see TTG Netherlands
selling Vodafone 'In Business' and 'Mobile Connect Card' solutions from the 1st
December 2003. 'In Business' is Vodafone's corporate mobile voice package and
their 'Mobile Connection Card' is a mobile data package for corporate staff on
the move.



As part of the arrangement, Vodafone will provide TTG Netherlands with mobile
services and simcards, while PhoneDirect, a wholly owned subsidiary of TTG plc
and a UK based wholesaler and distributor of mobile phones, will provide TTG
Netherlands with its mobile handsets.



Vodafone customers using the new service will have direct access to TTG
Netherlands dedicated account management teams in order to provide a 'one stop
shop' solution for all fixed and mobile telecommunications solutions.
