Evergreen Gaming Appoints Mike Stoddard as V.P. Calgary

Evergreen gaming (TSX VENTURE:TNA) is pleased to announce that Mike Stoddard has
been appointed as Vice-President, Alberta operations. Mr. Stoddard's primary
responsibility will be business development of the Silver Dollar Casino &
Entertainment Centre in Calgary, Alberta. Also Mr. Stoddard will be exploring
further opportunities in the exciting Alberta gaming industry to continue the
robust growth of Evergreen Gaming Corp.

valuable private and government sector gaming knowledge that will help the
corporation fully capitalize on opportunities in the Alberta gaming
marketplace."


Mr. Stoddard has over ten years of experience in the gaming industry in Alberta.
His most recent appointment was that of General Manager of the Deerfoot Inn
Casino located in Calgary. Prior to that Mike left a career in government as the
Manager of Inspections for the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.


INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Evergreen Gaming also announces it has granted, pursuant to its Stock Option
Plan, Stock Options to certain of its directors, employees, officers and
consultants to purchase an aggregate of 150,000 common shares at a price of
$0.55 per share for a period of 5 years.
