Teslin River Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TLR) - 

The Company wishes to announce that it has received and accepted the resignation
of John Burgess as President and CEO effective immediately.


"We wish John all the best in his future endeavors and would like to thank him
for his service and contributions to the Company," stated Executive Chairman
John Icke who will assume the role of Interim CEO until further notice.
