TAD Mineral Exploration Inc.: Drill Permit and Contractor Secured for Hazelton Gold Prospect

TAD Mineral Exploration Inc. ("TAD" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:TJ) wishes to
announce that it has been issued drill permits and has secured a drilling team
to commence the planned upcoming drill program on its Hazelton North Property.
Geological crews are now on the ground and site preparation will begin in the
coming days with drilling expected to follow.


Jason Gigliotti, a director of TAD stated, "It is exciting to finally be back on
the ground on this highly prospective gold prospect. Management feels that the
areas being targeted on this upcoming drill program hold the most promise on the
Hazelton prospect and we are looking forward to what may be discovered in the
coming weeks."


TAD also announces that in furtherance to the approval of its shareholders
received at its 2009 annual and special meeting held on April 16, 2009, pursuant
to which the articles of the Company was amended, the amended and restated
articles of the Company is now available on the Company's profile on SEDAR, at

TAD received regulatory approval for a name change and on March 10, 2010 its
common shares commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under TAD Mineral
Exploration Inc. and the common shares of TAD Capital Corp. were delisted.
