                   Appointment of new Group Finance Director



The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Charles Fookes ACA
as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 April 2003. He succeeds Adrian
Povey.

Mr Fookes, age 34, has been Finance Director of two of the Group's subsidiaries:
CCS Potts Limited since 1 August 2001 and Fairway PSD Limited since 15 April
2002. Prior to joining the Group, he was Finance Director and then General
Manager of Label Converters Limited.
