Timothy L. Webb Joins the Advisory Board of Thelon Capital Ltd.

   Management is pleased to announce that Timothy L. Webb has joined the Advisory Board of Thelon Capital Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: THC)(FRANKFURT: TFHC).

Mr. Webb's successful career working in the Appalachian coal industry, as both a manager and as owner/operator of producing mines has given him a broad experience base which will help guide the Company as it advance the 6ooo plus acre Jellico coal project. The Jellico project is located 35 miles north of Knoxville Tennessee.

The Company is in the process of closing a $1 million dollar non-brokered private placement arrangement (announced September 21, 2010). The funds will be used to begin the drilling necessary to complete a National Instrument 45-101 report of the measured and indicated coal resources on the Jellico coal property.
