Toscana Energy commences trading on Toronto Stock Exchange

CALGARY, Nov. 20, 2013 /CNW/ - Toscana Energy Income Corporation (TSX: TEI) ("Toscana Energy") is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") to list the common shares in the capital of Toscana Energy ("Common Shares") and the 6.75% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures of Toscana Energy ("Convertible Debentures") on the TSX.  The Common Shares and Convertible Debentures of Toscana Energy will begin trading on the TSX effective November 22, 2013 and will continue to trade under the stock symbol "TEI" and "TEI.DB" respectively.  As a result of the graduation of Toscana Energy to the TSX, there will be no further trading in the Common Shares or Convertible Debentures of Toscana Energy on the TSX Venture Exchange after the close of trading on November 21, 2013, and the Common Shares and Convertible Debentures of Toscana Energy will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange.
