Toscana Energy Confirms November Dividend

TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Toscana Energy Income Corporation ("Toscana Energy" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: TEI) confirms that the cash dividend of $0.135 per common share (or the equivalent of $0.405 per common share on a quarterly basis) of the Company ("Common Share") to be paid on December 16, 2013 in respect of November 2013 production of the Company for shareholders of record on November 29, 2013.  The ex-dividend date is November 27, 2013.   Once paid, total cash dividends distributed by the Company to holders of Common Shares during the 2013 calendar year will be $1.485 per Common Share.  This dividend is an eligible dividend for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
