CALGARY, March 6, 2014 /CNW/ - Target Capital Inc. (TSX-V: TCI) is announcing its intention to sell up to 18,000 common shares of Olympia Financial Group Inc. (TSX: OLY) at a price equal to the closing price for such shares on the day prior to the sale. The Olympia shares are expected to be sold to Rick Skauge on or before March 31, 2014.
Rick Skauge is the CEO and Chairman of Target and the transaction is considered a related party transaction which has been approved unanimously by Target's independent directors. Rick Skauge is also the President and CEO of Olympia, and Target is a related party of Olympia through common management.
The completion of this transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
