Tonbridge Power Inc. Shareholders Approve All Matters at the Annual General and Special Meeting

TORONTO, June 28, 2011 /CNW/ - Tonbridge Power Inc. (TSXV: TBZ),
 ("Tonbridge Power" or the "Company"), 100% controlling shareholder of
 the Montana Alberta Tie Ltd. ("MATL") transmission line project to
 interconnect the electricity markets of Alberta and the US through a
 300 MW transmission line, held its Annual General and Special Meeting
 of Shareholders on June 28, 2011. Tonbridge Power is pleased to
 announce that the shareholders of the Company approved resolutions in
 respect of the following matters:


    --  Messrs. Robert van Beers, John Etchart, Jeffry Myers, Walter
        Pollock, John Wiebe, Philip Kassin and Jeffrey Swinoga were
        elected as Directors of the Company for the forthcoming year;
    --  The receiving of the Company's audited financial statements for
        the year ended December 31, 2010 together with the auditor's
        report thereon;
    --  The appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Canada, Chartered
        Accountants, as auditors of the Company (including authorizing
        the Directors to fix the auditors' remuneration);
    --  The ratification, confirmation, and approval of the stock
        option plan (as presented in the Management Information
        Circular); and
    --  The ratification, confirmation and approval of the current
        directors' compensation arrangement (as presented in the
        Management Information Circular).
