Enbridge Closes Acquisition of Tonbridge Power

 TORONTO, Oct. 13, 2011 /CNW/ - Tonbridge Power Inc.  ("Tonbridge") is pleased to announce that the 100% acquisition of Tonbridge by an  affiliate of Enbridge Inc. pursuant to a court-approved plan of  arrangement has been completed. Each former Tonbridge shareholder is  entitled to receive CAD $0.54 per common share held as at October 4,  2011.  Tonbridge's common shares will be delisted from the Toronto  Venture Exchange and Tonbridge will be applying to cease to be a  reporting issuer under applicable Canadian securities legislation. 

 Tonbridge Power Inc. is a Toronto-based developer of electrical transmission assets, whose  principal asset is a 100% interest in Montana Alberta Tie Ltd. Shares  of the Corporation are traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the  symbol "TBZ". The Corporation's financial statements and other filings  can be found on SEDAR.
