Tawsho Mining Inc. and Rockcliff Resources Inc. Terminate Letter of Intent

Rockcliff Resources Inc. ("Rockcliff") (TSX VENTURE:RCR) and Tawsho Mining Inc.
(TSX VENTURE:TAW) ("Tawsho") wish to announce that they have mutually agreed to
terminate the letter of intent for the business combination announced on
December 9, 2013.
