TORONTO, Aug. 18, 2016 /CNW/ - Syncordia Technologies and Healthcare Solutions, Corp. (TSXV: SYN) ("Syncordia" or the "Company") today announced that the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary Lawrence E. Davis, will be departing August 19^th 2016.
