Symax Lift (Holding) Co. Ltd. Announces Formal New Chief Financial Officer

   Symax Lift (Holding) Co. Ltd. ("Symax" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SYL), is pleased to announce that Ms. Xiao Qin (Mary) Ma, the current Interim Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company, has been formally appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective as of April 1, 2011. Ms. Ma will be responsible for Symax's accounting, reporting and financing activities.

"With record revenues and a strong demand of elevators in the Chinese and international markets, Ms. Ma is acting as the Chief Financial Officer at an exciting time in the Company's history. Her extensive international finance and accounting experience makes her well suited for the role with the Company," said Xiaoyan (Sabrina) Zhang, Chief Executive Officer, Symax Lift (Holding) Co. Ltd. "She is fully versed in IFRS, Canadian GAAP and Chinese accounting standards. During her engagement as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Ma demonstrated an outstanding track record in establishing and maintaining high-quality internal controls, transparent financial reporting and strategic business planning," added Xiaoyan (Sabrina) Zhang.

Speaking both English and Mandarin, Ms. Ma is an experienced corporate executive having served the Canadian and Chinese companies in a financial advisory capacity since 1998. She is also currently a director and Chief Financial Officer of Polo Biology Global Group Corporation. Amongst other positions held by Ms. Ma, she was the Financial Controller and Project Manager of Zongshen PEM Power Systems Inc., Financial Controller of Chongqing Lear Changan Interior Co., Ltd and Chief Financial Officer of Chongqing Skyman Industrial Group Co., Ltd.

Ms. Ma holds the Canadian Certified General Accountants designation, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in China.
