Solarvest BioEnergy Grants Options

   SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC. (TSX VENTURE: SVS) ("Solarvest" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted to Dr. Angela Riveroll 70,000 options exercisable at a price of $0.25 per common share for a period of five years from the grant date. As Senior Research Scientist at Solarvest (PEI) Inc., Dr. Riveroll will take a leading role in the company's genetic program to produce hydrogen from its proprietary strains of algae.
