Santa Rosa Resources Corp. announces Stock Consolidation

VANCOUVER, Nov. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - Santa Rosa Resources Corp. (TSX Venture: STR.H) is pleased to announce that, effective November 28, 2012 at market open, the Company will consolidate its common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares.

Registered shareholders will be receiving a letter of transmittal from the Company's transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as soon as practicable after the effective date of the consolidation. The letter of transmittal will enable registered shareholders to exchange their old share certificates representing pre-consolidation common shares for new share certificates representing the post-consolidation common shares.

Until surrendered, each share certificate representing pre-consolidation common shares will be deemed for all purposes to represent the number of whole post-consolidation common shares to which the holder is entitled as a result of the consolidation.
