Strategic Resources Announces Extension of Warrants

 TORONTO, Jan. 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Strategic Resources Inc. ("Strategic" or "the Company"), wishes to announce that it will make an application to extend the  exercise dates of 2,800,000 warrants exercisable currently until  January 7, 2012 with respect to 2,700,000 warrants and January 21, 2012  with respect to 100,000 warrants at $0.10 per share issued pursuant to  a private placement which closed on January 7 and 21, 2010. The  warrants expiry dates will be extended for one year from their existing  date. There has been no change to the warrants' exercise price of  $0.10. 

 Strategic Resources is a Canadian based junior exploration company with  a Rare Earth exploration project in Lincoln County, New Mexico and a  uranium exploration project in Catron County, New Mexico. More  information about the company is available on line at www.strategicresourcesinc.ca.
