Silver Shield Resources Announces Appointment of Mr. Steve Mlot as Director

Silver Shield Resources (TSX VENTURE:SSR) ("Silver Shield" or the "Corporation")
announced today that it has appointed Mr. Steve Mlot as Non-Executive Director
effective immediately, and that Mr. John Grounds has resigned from the Board of
