Sunset Cove Mining Files Quarterly Statements and Issues Options

Sunset Cove Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SSM)(BVL:SSM) announces that it has filed
its quarterly financials on SEDAR today. They will also be available on the
Company's website at www.sunsetcovemining.com.


In other news the Company also announces that it has granted 2,760,000 incentive
stock options to officers, directors and consultants with and exercise price of
$ 0.15 per share and these options shall be valid for five years, subject to the
terms of the Company's option plan, as it may be amended from time to time. It
should be noted that the exercise price for these options is 50% above the
Company's average share price for the past six months.
