Ceres Capital Provides Update

Ceres Capital Corp. (the "Company" or "Ceres") (TSX VENTURE:SRS) reports today
that there are no corporate developments or undisclosed material changes
involving the company to account for current market activity. 


This information has been disseminated due to yesterday's heavy activity in the
common shares of the Company. 


Drilling update 

The Company does advise that it has cased the first well in the previously
announced drilling program and the rig is preparing to move to the second
location with drilling expected to commence later in the week, weather
permitting.
