Ceres Capital Corp. Announces Name Change to Reliable Energy Ltd.

  Ceres Capital Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SRS) is pleased to announce that, effective October 1, 2009, the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture exchange as Reliable Energy Ltd. under the symbol "REL". The name change was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (see news release dated June 23, 2009). The Company will effect the name change by amalgamating with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Reliable Energy Ltd., to form a single company. Approval has been received from the TSX-V for the name change.

The Company currently has 126.8M shares issued and outstanding and will remain unaffected by the name change.

About the Company

The Company is an Alberta based public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and is currently focused on two core areas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. The first core area consists of an unconventional resource play in the Bakken/Three Forks formation situated on the Saskatchewan - Manitoba border. The second is a Devonian reef play in central Alberta.
