CB Gold Files NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Vetas Gold Project

CB Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CBJ) ("CB Gold" or the "Company") has filed a
National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI
43-101") technical report entitled "Independent Technical Report on the Vetas
Gold Project, Santander Department, Republic of Colombia" (the "Report"). The

The Report was authored by Guy Dishaw, PGeo and Dr. Wayne Barnett, Pri.Sci.Nat.
of SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. ("SRK"), both Qualified Persons as defined under
NI 43-101. Guy Dishaw is responsible for the estimation of the Vetas Gold
Project mineral resources.


Marius Mare, P. Geo, is the Company's Vice President of Exploration and
