Scottish Radio Holdings plc ("SRH")
Grant of Share Options over 30,000 Shares
Scottish Radio Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the
exercise of options under the Company's 1985 Executive Share Option Scheme, it
has today allotted 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company to Richard
Findlay, Chief Executive, at a price of 191 pence per share. This takes Mr
Findlay's holding in the company to 299,345 Ordinary 10p Shares, being 0.9% of
the issued share capital. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing issued ordinary shares in the Company. Application will be made to the
UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the shares being issued
to be admitted to Listing and it is expected that dealings will commence on
Thursday 19 June 2003.
