SPoT Coffee Announces Issuance of Shares for Services

TORONTO, Oct. 22, 2018 /CNW/ - SPOT COFFEE (CANADA) LTD. (TSX-V: SPP) ("SPoT" or the "Company") announces the issuance of 810,000 common shares at a price of C$0.10 per share to a service provider in respect of the provision of various services, including but not limited to analyst research, media creation and web development. All of the common shares issued today are subject to a statutory four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws, which will expire on February 23, 2019.
