Soho Resources Corp.-Retraction of "Contained Metals Value" in Previous News Release

Soho Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SOH) ("Soho" or the "Company") wishes to issue
a retraction to its news release of April 20, 2010. Subject to Exchange Policy
Appendix 3F/5.3 which states "the reporting of gross metal value is not
acceptable", the Company retracts its reference to a "contained metals value"
from its latest news release, dated April 20, 2010.


The Company apologizes for this oversight and requests that all readers of the
original Press Release please ignore this reference as fact.
