Soho Grants Incentive Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA ("Soho" or the "Company") has approved the issuance of incentive stock options to Mr. Hall Stewart, Vice President of Exploration for up to 400,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The above options are exercisable over five years at the price of $0.25 per share and are subject to one year vesting provisions contained in the Company's Stock Option Plan, in accordance with the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The options will vest in four equal tranches on a quarterly basis, 100,000 upon date of agreement and 100,000 every 3 months thereafter.
